Job deskipsi :
  • Organize calendar, attend meeting, prepare meeting minutes
  • Organize business trips (including flights, accommodations, travel documents and travel expenses reporting, itinerary, documentation etc)
  • Involved in any preparation of corporate actions, in cooperation with relevant departments
  • Handling corporate souvenir and events
  • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as Google Calendar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting President Director may require
  • Various ad hoc requests
