PT Sukses Uchi Nawa (PT. SUN) was established as a holding company in 2021 for Pilates Re Bar - a Japanese affiliated pilates studio. Pilates Re Bar Studio with locations in PIK, Kelapa Gading, Karawaci, Pondok Indah, and Ranch Kemang, Sahid Sudirman, Greenville, we currently run seven (7) studios, and we intend to keep expanding.
By offering top-notch pilates studios near residences and places workplaces, we are serving to demonstrate that everyone deserves to live a healthy lifestyle. We are dedicated to helping people get stronger, have better posture, feel more confident, and be protected from harm by educating, disseminating, and empowering everyone about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle based on Pilates. As a result, everyone will live longer, be more active, and happier, and lead more fulfilled independent lives. Pilates Re serves everyone.
The Pilates Re-Bar staff aspires to always be impartial, integral, and honest. They are dedicated, upbeat, kind, helpful, and entertaining people. We will work within our "14 pillars of cultures" to make sure that everyone who receives services from and is trained by our team will tremendously benefit and lead a healthy lifestyle.
We are looking for people to work with us as the company grows. We set a goal of opening 50 studios across Indonesia in the next five (5) years.
Responsibilities:
1. Create and execute branding & awareness strategies to generate leads and growth
2. Manage and respond to social media inquiries about Pilates Re Bar
3. Build customer engagement through chat and relationship management
4. Maintain & follow up database leads, and convert them into trial clients
5. Coordinate with Studio’s team for trial schedules
6. Collect photo/video materials for social media content
7. Design and develop effective campaigns and content
8. Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on digital marketing activities
Requirements:
1. Min. D3/S1 in Communication, Public Relations, or related field
2. Strong interest in multimedia & social media
3. Humble, friendly, and service-oriented personality
4. Preferably with sales ability & strong communication skills
5. Creative in generating ideas for photo & video content
6. Fast learner and target-oriented
